Lifetime Replacement Promise - Policy
We stand behind our books. If your Safe Kids Path book becomes damaged through normal use, we'll replace it free - no questions asked.
What's Covered:
- Pages torn during reading
- Binding damage from regular use
- Water damage from spills
- General wear and tear
What's NOT Covered:
- Intentional damage or destruction
- Loss or theft
- Damage from misuse (leaving outside, pet damage, etc.)
- Books purchased from unauthorized sellers
How It Works:
- Email us a photo of the damaged book at contact@safekidspath.com
- We'll send you a replacement at no charge
- One replacement per book purchased
- Original proof of purchase required
Fine Print:
- Limit one replacement per book title per household
- We reserve the right to decline replacements that show signs of intentional damage or abuse
- Replacement shipping is free within the US (international customers pay shipping)
- This promise is non-transferable
