Our Mission

Safe Kids Path is committed to protecting as many children as possible. Through our donation bundles, customers can help us extend access to families who otherwise couldn't afford our books.

How the Program Works

When you purchase a Set for a child in need, Donation Pack or Hero Pack, a portion of your purchase is allocated to our Safe Kids Fund.

This fund allows us to:

  • Offer our book sets at a reduced cost to families experiencing financial hardship
  • Provide books to families who apply for assistance through our program
  • Work toward future partnerships with shelters, schools, and community organizations

We do not currently guarantee direct donations to specific shelters or organizations. As our program grows, we plan to expand our reach, but at this time, all donated sets go toward subsidizing access for families in need.

Important Disclosures

1. Not a Tax-Deductible Donation Safe Kids Path is a for-profit limited liability company, not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your purchase is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.

2. Allocation of Funds Donated sets are allocated at our discretion to families who apply for and qualify for our assistance program. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and prioritize recipients based on need and availability.

3. No Guaranteed Recipients We do not guarantee that donated sets will go to a specific individual, family, shelter, or organization. Donations support our overall mission to expand access.

4. Program Subject to Change We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.

5. No Refunds on Donated Portion The donation portion of your purchase is final and non-refundable. If you return your personal set, only the value of your set (minus the donated portion) will be refunded.

How Families Can Apply for Assistance

Families experiencing financial hardship can apply for a reduced-cost book set through our Safe Kids Fund.

  • Your name
  • Number of children and their ages
  • A brief explanation of your situation

Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on fund availability.
